Privacy & data requests

To ask about information you sent to support, or request access, correction or deletion, email the same address with “ELMA IoT privacy request” in the subject.

To remove data stored on your phone, clear ELMA Flasher’s storage in Android Settings or uninstall it. Delete exported files and copies on your PC or ESP separately.

What to include

  • App version and Android version.
  • Phone model, ESP board model and connection type: Wi-Fi, USB OTG, MQTT or paired PC.
  • What you tried, what you expected and the exact error message.
  • Steps that reproduce the problem. Include a screenshot only if it helps, after removing private information.

Keep credentials private. Remove Wi-Fi and MQTT passwords, pairing tokens, private device addresses and purchase records from anything you share publicly. Configuration exports and firmware bundles can contain secrets.
